Cross Selling Through Acqusitions

Management also intends to accelerate introduction of the acquired technology/products by offering and installing them through energy management service companies which have an established base of customers at the local, state, regional, and national levels.  In order to accelerate product introduction, management expects to enter into varying types of agreements with these energy management service companies including acquisition agreements and/or joint venture agreements, as may be appropriate, for each company and geographic territory.

Blue Earth, Inc., management has identified commercially viable, innovative, energy efficient technologies that can be utilized by companies it hopes to acquire to provide their established customer base with cutting-edge products and services.  We are continuing to identify innovative technologies and will continue to identify and negotiate the rights for other clean-tech technologies.  Management has also identified several energy management and energy management service companies that have been successfully operating in the residential and small commercial business segment of the energy efficiency sector.  We have initiated acquisition discussions with energy service companies that specialize in three categories that address small commercial business' energy efficiency needs: refrigeration, lighting, and HVAC.  The targeted acquisition candidates currently provide energy efficiency retrofit services to the small commercial businesses space.
